32C (90F), 52% humidity, so a felt temperature of 41C (106F). The real temp *inside*my apartment is 35,3C (96F)....

Had to give a bath to the cats to cool them down, and to get them hydrated, they barely touched their water. I'm currently only staying alive thanks to a homemade slush made with frozen strawberries and lemonade, and thanks to being soaking wet after the cats bath (they just can't appreciate what I'm doing for them! )

What in Sam Blazes is it doing being that hot in Canada? Just today I was thinking about how nice it wold be to move up there to escape this heat, and then you go and post something like that!

39⁰ here today when the A/C stopped working, and about 33⁰ in the house before I realized it. Norton was panting like a dog, which I suppose is understandable. I turned the system off and restarted it and it's working now, but at 6:00 we were both in the pool cooling off and the wife was out shopping for fans.

The very impressive thing about southern Québec is that it regularly reaches 30⁰ in summer and -30⁰ in the winter, which drives complaining about the weather a national sport. If you drive 4-5 hours to the north though, you are saved (and in a very beautiful region, too )

It's a rare happening, the second time I've witnessed it. This time it caught us off guard, last year I gave my AC to my son who lived in a really hot attic thinking we'd get by with fans. Wrongo!

The thermometer says it's 73 F. What it doesn't say is that the humidity is something like 99%, which makes it feel like someone has wrapped you in a warm, wet towel every time you walk outside.

Nice description!

Today was our opportunity to play badminton. There was no wind, not even a breeze, which is rare for where we live, as we have almost nothing to block the wind. We could hit the birdie back and forth easily (and sweat like we were running a marathon... thanks to the humidity)!

Blowing away 100 F + today!

Watched the humidity levels last night - starting at 23% at around 6 PM, they were at 73% by bedtime.
