1. Customizable controls in Task Manager (Being able to change actions, just like what we could do in application menu. For example, I could change "Lock" to "Bluetooth")

Bluetooth file transfer.

As far as I know, the old PocketBooks had this feature, but my Touch HD3 doesn't seem to have it.

It would be quite convenient to have some possibility to transfer files without the need to plug in the USB cable. So far I have a small webserver on my local home server, where I can download files via the PocketBook browser, but this doesn't work in other locations. Having bluetooth transfer would come in really handy here.

An official method would be great! But in the meantime if you use Ezdiy's root and services you can transfer over WIFI.

Please add saving the speed settings when playing audiobooks. I set the speed to 1.3x but after turning Pocketbook off and on, the speed is 1.0x

I agree. As a workaround, I installed a number of "medium-weight" fonts (like Literata...) and it works just fine.

I searched this thread but didn't see it. The one thing I would like to see is an option to also have % of book read in the status bar. (Unless someone knows how to do that and can share the secret).

I'd love to have the possibility of chosing a folder with photos that could rotate as power-off screensavers (instead of have only one). (I like the element of surprise.)

You should be able to choose "Random" for the offlogo which does what you describe.

After searching how to do it I managed to include some .bmp files and choose random. It worked, but only with very specific .bmp files — creating them myself (using PhotoMill.app for macOS) didn't work even if with a depth of 16 or 8-bits; therefore I had to use the PB system to transform my bmp files to files accepted by the system.

In this case I used the following workflow:

1. Set a gallery photo as offlogo/bootlogo. (That copies the image to system > logos > [folder of the power-off logo or the boot logo].)
2. Go to [system > logos > ...] > rename the file [e.g. pb_startuplogo.bmp to whatever.bmp].
3.Replicate the process until I had a few images and — finally — set the Boot Logo and Power-off Logo to random.

A bit of work, but it worked.

Any good audiobook player needs a pause timer. A simple drop down that let's you automatically pause the after 10,15,30,60,120 minutes or when the current chapter finishes.

Webdav

Hi, I would like to access webdav to fetch books.

This will be useful for f.e., Nextcloud or any other webdav storage service. The advantage of webdav is that it can be self hosted.

Hello,
there is indeed a Nextcloud app for Pocketbook. I'm using it on my Inkpad 3 and it works just fine:

You can find it here:
