None of the 4 book has an TOC worthy of the name, but that is fixable fairly quickly. Still, I'm glad to get the rest of the books, and at a good price.
I got the bundle earlier today and book 5 indicates that the EPUB and MOBI files were updated 5-10-2017 at 17:00 (not sure what time zone). The file format may still be off because even after I loaded the series into Calibre and fixed the metadata, the MOBI on my Kindle still shows a truncated title and no author (of course I'm no Calibre expert so it could be me).

BTW I got the series in paperback years ago and remember liking it quite a bit.

Thank you very much. Got it from Amazon.

I first tried Kobo, but just before checkout the price was raised from $1.99 to $18.79. So beware.

Kobo tends to raise their prices early. IIRC they reset to MSRP at midnight Atlantic Time, and Amazon raises their prices at midnight Pacific time. Of course, if you're willing to get store credit at Kobo, you can price match it at Kobo, and get it for 10% less than the sale price at Amazon. Sometimes Kobo can take several days to respond to a price match request, it was up to a week leading up to Christmas, but this week during the day it only took hours.

I decided to try again today. The price was again $1.99 and just before the final click the price raised to $18.79.

The original link points to the US shop. The price shown it the US price. As you are in Denmark, it should be selling to you in the local currency and price. It is probably change to the local store and price when click the buy button. I can't buy that book from Australia (there is a message above the stating this), but when I try another book from the US, the above is what happened.

Bargain @ $2.99 each for today only (May 14th) from assorted Macmillan imprints (including Tor Books) as a joint Kobo and Amazon Daily Deal promotion in Canada & the US (probably matched in the other stores, too):

The Rithmatist by Brandon Sanderson (ISFDB; standalone fantasy YA), The Emperor's Blades by Brian Staveley (ISFDB; 1st in fantasy series), Scholar by L. E. Modesitt (ISFDB, 4th in fantasy series). There's also some extra SFnal books out from the Feiwel & Friends YA imprint: The Genius by Mexican-American author and film producer Leopoldo Gout (ISFDB; technothriller set in a gaming environment) and Fairest by Marissa Meyer (ISFDB; prequel to YA fairy tale-based fantasy series).

Linkage to the lot @ Kobo CA, Kobo US (has some extra books which are geo-restricted in Canada, including Hilary Mantel's bestselling Tudor historical Wolf Hall) and Amazon main

ETA: An additional Tor Teen title showing up at Amazon but glitchy with fluctuating prices at Kobo (you may end up needing to price-match): Truthwitch by Susan Dennard (ISFDB; 1st in YA fantasy series)

Bargain @ 99 cents each from assorted HarperCollins imprints in Canada & presumably also the US (should be the same price in all the usual stores):
  • Nightwalker by Jocelynn Drake (ISFDB), 1st in her Dark Days series of urban fantasy (may contain paranormal romance elements) starring Mira, a centuries-old enforcer with elemental powers, working for the obligatory shadowy organization.
  • Grudging by Michelle Hauck (ISFDB), 1st in her Birth of Saints fantasy trilogy where a land invaded by cruel northerners turns to the witches of the south for help, out from Harper Voyager Impulse, a dedicated sfnal imprint whose name brings ThunderCougarFalconBird Futurama to mind. The blurb compares it to Ellen Kushner and Django Wexler, so I will be disappointed if there isn't some kind of epic rebellious backstabbing mannerpunk mashup in a city with no name going on.

ebooks.com has Stephen Brennan's Classic Science Fiction and Fantasy Stories available for free. Be aware that it's mostly, if not completely stories in the public domain. Some of them are just excerpts of novels. The only review on Amazon (a 1-star!) complains that because there is no editorial content, it's hard to tell what is an excerpt and what is complete, and what makes these stories classic.

But hey, it's free! It's also not free at Amazon or Kobo.

Jim Butcher's Storm Front, book 1 of The Dresden Files is $2.99 at Amazon US.

Going price for Dresden seems to be $9.99. I've known about the series for a while and even read some of Butcher's Codex Alera so I will finally give Harry a shot.
