Is Paradise the name of a town?

It's the name of an area close to the village of Glenorchy, about 40 mins from Queenstown and an absolutely beautiful area.

Clue: there's a link between the movie with the building mentioned earlier, and the movie whose set we recently stumbled across.

Well... when I think of films and New Zealand, I think of The Lord of the Rings, and now the Hobbit.

Every angle I've tried out so far hasn't panned out so far. I think the key is the eight and nine. Try and attack this from things that contain one.

It is a completely fair quiz question.

Everything (bar some basic background knowledge that I'm sure you all have) is in the question.

If no-one's got it by tomorrow I'll tell you what twelve contains. Perhaps that will help.

Spoiler: The earlier use of Paradise was for Orthanc, which was CGId into a scene that has few buildings of any sort,let alone a huge tower. And part of the Lothlorien scenes were filmed in nearby beech forest. Please pose a question at your leisure.
