I've just noticed requests for Assets in orange under members' names on the Alliance lists, which is a very useful feature. Anyone know how to add this?

EDIT: Just found it - a drop-down menu on the bottom left of the Alliances screen.

Thanks everyone for the mass quantitites of bliss!

I kind of overdid getting rid of it (especially since, at least for me, they seem to be mixing up the whacks a lot more).

I'm going to give priority to filling requests over spreading gifts evenly. So if you need something, list it on the alliance page.

That whack that's supposed to eat into your bliss (and energy as well) never actually eats mine (which is now over in excess of 10x my population), even when I say I'll take it and it doesn't seem to even touch my energy or military either. I wonder if it's not turned on properly?

But the gift request labels are quite useful in helping me reallocate stuff to where hopefully people actually need it, especially bliss, which is mostly useless until someone gets into a drastic overpopulation situation, it seems.

Where do the crows appear? I have seen that whack yet and I've just levelled up to 12. Unless it's come in a cycle during the night and I've missed it, but i haven't woken to any disasters.

The only way not to take the whack, is to level up or to get an new alliance, and so get the money away. One time I could get it this way, most times I have to take it too.

Indeed only way to survive crows is burn money.
Another interesting point I noticed is, that it becomes more and more difficult to put money aside for ally joins: Because of the natural population growth the reactors tend to be at their limits to cope with. when you got enough money to level up you mostly have to, because you NEED to level up the reactors. Actually my last bloodsport whac was a useful thing.

Do the Crows take money? From the description, it appears to be the Food supply that's at risk - "Your food supplies will be cut down to size, but let the crows gorge until even they get tired of the tasteless, slimy pap."

I *might* be able to get my Military up high enough before the next cycle and pay to make them go away, but I'm not sure it's worth it?

I have been hit by the Crows four times the 2nd and 3th were back to back. If you have a big enough food supply, you will be okay. None of the times I was hit did it ever put me in the red or down population. My advice is have at least plus 30000 food or more and take the hit with the Crows.

Thanks. I can surge my Food and get almost exactly 30000, or surge my Military, and get the 54000 needed to pay the hit. Not sure which is the least/most damaging?

My last visit by the Crows wanted 130k Military, so took the whack lost about 10k in food. If I lost any population did not really notice.

My defence against The Crows is going to be four or sex Bug Juice Plantations.
