I realize I've beaten this dead horse before, but this one is truly impressive:

Spoiler:
A Scanner Darkly: An undercover cop and the addict he's hunting are the same man—a searing dystopian descent into paranoia, addiction, and split identity.

Not only does it shove in an unnecessary synopsis, but it actually spoils a major plot point of the book!
Iirc it doesn't literally spoils the plot; I guess if it might have been a synopsis made by an artificial intelligence, without having read the book.
You can see on its Wikipedia page, or also the later descriptions on the link's page.
Thought it's even wrong as synopsis.
Spoiler:

Imho, fantastic (both the movie and the book - onto the wishlist to read its original english version).

You need to put in a spoiler. You are being just as bad as Amazon.

All of the spoiler for this book need to be covered with a spoiler and that includes quotes. So whoever quoted, go back and edit your post.

But you are. You brought up this spoiler. And you didn't go back and fix it even after it was pointed out.

When someone posts a spoiler and even when it's pointed out doesn't go and fix it and then others reply and also post the spoiler. That's really bad.

I recently discovered Vatta's War series by Elizabeth Moon and bought and read books 1-4 almost back to back. Now I've discovered that the fifth and final book is only available from audible in UK. So pissed off! What is the publisher thinking?

There's a following series called Vatta's Peace but I'm extremely reluctant to even look at it.

The problem is that Victory Conditions may only be available in the US. It's not available as an eBook in the UK.

You can go to either Kobo.com or eBooks.com and travel to the US and then purchase the eBook.

It's too difficult to travel using Google. But Kobo or eBooks.com make it very easy to travel.
