Ayaan Hersi Ali - Prooi

Made a change for the plugin, version 4.5.1.
Not sure if it will be enough, because they show a gallery.
With Prooi the first item is a cover you can turn.
Based on that I added some code.
Let me know if you encounter other missing covers.

Ok, next update will fix that.
Because they change a lot, but sometimes in different ways en not for all the books, I expand the code for covers, so it will check the old ways of linking to acover as wel as the newer ways.
It will not be the last update for this,I presume.
