Yes, every time it restarted the order would change. But as Leep said, for some obscure reason, having a space after the symbol and before any letters, stopped it happening.

I use spaces and underscores; never had a problem with collections (23) after rebooting.

Hmmm. I tried adding a space after my symbols (@, ##, #, +) and then restarted so I could see what would happen.
All the collections went out of my designated @, ##, #, + order, but they at least stayed at the front of the queue. (Actually, the @, ##, and # all interfiled alphabetically; followed by the series that I have the + in front of.) I suppose I should try some different symbols, but I really like the ones I selected. Sigh. |
