ha, i had the same problem, took it to chapters, even took my laptop, i find the kobo guy, tells me he really knows nothing about the kobo, i ask y r u the kobo guys, he says umm cuz this is where they told me to stand today....r u kidding, so still no books. after doing everything i saw on here
