Help with buying
Hi can you please advise, I live in the UK and I am going to the USA next week for a vacation, If I buy a Kindle in the USA as a present will it work when I get it back to the UK and will I be able to buy from Amazon.co.uk (I have accounts on both .com and .co.uk. I know i will have to change the charger or buy an adapter its just that the cost is much cheaper if I buty in USA. Can anyone let me know. Thanks Suzie

Yes it will work. The reader itself is identical and takes it's cue from which store (and country) you register it in.
