I have it working in code view now, after more testing. the cursor has to be on a line in sigil which contains some htmltags before you press ctrl+f12, then you gett the same text with html tags in the spell check window ( works 9 out of 10 times anyway). it will then put the text + html back correctly after repair.
I also messed with general preferences, maybe somethign in there also has to be set rather tahn using all defaults - dunno. I still cannot find an "ignore all capitalised words" preference setting though and am using only the simple word by word spell check - the other, multiple windows option is VERY confusing. I don't know if it can "learn" proper names so that they are ignored e.g. within spell checks of other books of a series ? PS prefer working with code view - it feels safer somehow & I can see that HTML is still there when I let spell check replace the sigil extract. |
