I wrote a detailed analysis on your issue report. The problem is very specific and related to QDomDocument (of Qt fame) reordering attributes. Nokia has had a bug report for this on their tracker for 8 months now.

I'm already fed up with QDom and plan on replacing it with Xerces-C++.
