I don't think we've spoken here on MR, but I do remember some of your posts....regardless of not knowing you I do feel we are one big family here on the forums, thus I want to send my best wishes.. Sad to hear your tale, but good to know you are getting your situation fixed. Can't wait until you're back.

I'll echo what everyone else has said about the house - sod it. You need to concentrate on you, on doing things you enjoy.

And tell your husband if he doesn't keep us updated we'll get Marc to send Adrian round to deal with him.

Not the most fluent of posts, I know.

Yikes - I too went through the white donut and other imaging tests for my migraines - and I was lucky. No mass.

There's no way to be original in thoughts & wishes - so I'll just repeat:
Concentrate on yourself to hasten healing.
Tons of good vibes, prayers, wishes, and hopes are flooding your way from us.
Surgeons today are almost miracle workers - so we all expect you back here soon - or at least get the MOTH to give us updates - please!

Last time I had a major migraine was in July of 2001. I went to ER and had an MRI. They found a calcified lump inside. They figure I've had it for a while and decided to just leave it be unless it was to start acting up. No migraine since.

I can only echo all the heartfelt sentiments that have already been expressed, and pray for steady hands, unparalleled experience, wisdom, judgement and care on the part of your surgeon.

If this MR wishfest has any power at all, the shear magnitude of positive thoughts sent your way can only result in a favorable outcome and a speedy recovery.

Keep positive and keep the hope, gather whatever you have that gives you joy to surround yourself with and whatever else, forget about cleaning the house!

We will be waiting expectantly for your return!

I saw your post last night but had to wait until this morning to be brave enough to respond. you have incredible strength and dignity, and they will serve you well! make damn sure the MOTH follows through on his promise! and do NOT worry about the house, but do do something special for your bedroom... new sheets, arrange for some pretty flowers to be there, and get something new and fun and comfy to lounge in! talk to you soon!
