Enjoy your grading. Once you think of the books as just being "in Calibre's database," you will think of them as having no name and no folder. They are safe and waiting for you. You can get them with any name or folder structure you want. When you want your book, you simply tell Calibre where to put it (Save to Disk or Send to Device), and it constructs a folder structure and a filename for your book the way you want them constructed. Read my post above for where and how to set this structure and filename.

Do that also, Which is the reasoning behind my (Buy it when it comes out in (MM) Paper. Size that my shelves are set for, maximum quantity (and $$. 3 PB to 1 HB)

With my Pocket EZ, I no longer have to figure where I can put more books
