With my current FB2 book, I can not even get it to restart at the first page that way. The busy gear wheel symbol comes up for a few seconds and then I end up right back at the screen that I started from. Is it a different book format than FB2 that causes the first page reload? Also, FWIW, the FB2 formatted book that I am reading now was created in Book Designer.
