For some reason I find this "otter-vision" deeply disturbing. At the least he SHOULD be wearing pants!

I was 18 she was 17and babysitting, the kids were alseep and we were snuggling on the couch... ummm right the lounge.... sorry...

Oh, god. I remember like it was yesterday. She was absolutely gorgeous. A really beautiful girl. I particularly remember her eyes and the lovely curls in her hair, which you didn't see very often in those days. I had been walking in the park enjoying the sights, sounds, and aromas of spring when we met. We did it right there. Then I sniffed her butt, she ran away with her hoomin, and I've never seen her since. That's one Corkie I won't be forgetting anytime soon. Yeah, that was.....well, it was yesterday. Right. Sunday.

MobileRead? Google initiated me. The Llounge? Well, it just came naturally. It's the only place here where one can share a little laughter with friends without irritating the overly serious. And the couch is nice and warm.

ok, in spite of learning some interesting information about people, I think I worded this incorrectly for my initial plan. I was kind of thinking "who made you feel at home here in the lounge." You know, that helping person who let you know you had a booger on the blue one, next to the fish.

Nah, that ainʻt worded right either, plenty of people made me feel at home in the lounge. Oh, whatever, carry on. pshrinkydink, you were saying? About the English teacher? (I flew to a meeting today, btw, and on the way, I sat near a local high school English teacher. I really donʻt think you would have wanted her help in the way you allude to above....)

I think DixieGal, daffy, zelda, and pshrynk were the first MR folk I communicated with. And then I wandered into the Llounge! And was immediately verbally savaged in an entertaining, fun-filled way! And I just keep meeting (and assimilating) more and more friends here!

The Llounge is what kept me here. I was about to leave and Alex reated it. Then NatCh created the first "Unutterably Silly" tag and I've remained here since.
