Dear Laura:

It arrived yesterday and a new one was sent immediately to you after testing the new one fully.

They KNEW Laura would kill me if they delayed.

Here is our rational. You live In Australia. We could have torn down your unit and repaired it BUT... suppose the repair caused another problem to pop up or the repair just was not permanent? Then you would have been so furious you would have really been flustered. We made the decision in 3 minutes... fix later and send you a new one. This cuts way down on the remote possibility of a second problem.

SO... no we do not know yet what was wrong. It WILL be fixed 100% and tested and retested.

ALL we cared about is turning this around for you fast as lightning and pleasing you!!

That may not make fiscal sense; but YOU have been great on this forum and it is smart to reward that.

Thanks Robert, I appreciate the quick turnaround. I am missing my Pocket Pro like mad! Will be great to have one back.

I'd love to know what went wrong with the other unit though just out of curiosity so if you ever know I'd be interested.

Anyway, will let you know when the new unit arrives. I'm sure it'll work great!

My new unit arrived today! Right now it is charging so I haven't been able to play with it yet but when I plugged it in to charge it turned automatically on just fine. So I shut it back off and just have to wait for it to do its charge thing. (Yes, I know to charge to 8-12 hours )
