We can but hope, but I'm doubtful--I can't see sufficient incentive for Sony to do something about this, especially as it may persuade some people to upgrade to the 900.

Is there any indication when this will be available in the UK?

I'm assuming the delay will be down to who will carry/authorise the 3G function.
