I am the original poster - and it's as if you guys didn't read the rest of my post - I *previously* tried to get hold of them - calling for three days - then finally emailed the (the supposed fastest way) and got no response for 6 hours - If *you* don't call that crappy customer service, well, then I will...

Call centres have operators sitting there waiting for calls to come in. Email can be screened in set time for the workers. Smaller companies cannot afford to have someone sitting there all day idle waiting for e-mails to reply to. These workers will be multi tasked, and are busy doing other duties. Do be patient.
