Well, perhaps in EU you won't receive comments (I live in Spain so you CAN receive them ), but looks and smiles are there (I've listened these complains a lot, romance forums, you know). But, in my case, I don't mind. If somebody makes me a comment, he or she can receive a proper answer

as a person who takes the NYC public transportation EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have only ever seen 1 other ereader. a Kindle 2.

I maybe see
200 Headphones to every 40 newspapers to every 5 textbooks/school/work papers to every 1 book.

the majority of people arent doing anything though. maybe about 70% are just going through the motions
