I think his point was that he never intended to spend that much money. It just happened .... almost entirely becuase of the high service charge from the delivery company.

Rfog, don't beat yourself up over it.
IMO, it's money well spent, even with the customs duty you had to pay.
And foremost, don't let it to ruin your joy of your new KDX.

Of course, I'm very happy with it. I'm so happy that I've just sold my DR1000S.

Until I received my KDX I was using my DR1000 with PDF as KDX now, then I do not see I need DR. And if I sell it I give the opportunity to one people to have it.

I didn't used DR1000 PDF zoom or annotation features, then KDX is enough for me (And it is faster than DR).

BTW, do you usually read technical documents? I guess most of your collection could be displayed normally with the DX. What about the font size?
