We replaced a bathroom toilet a few years ago. Put the old one out at the curb because the next day the city was due to come around and pick all that weird stuff up for disposal.

I scored over the weekend... found a 16 piece glass set of dishes for $45 and a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 leaves for $55. my satellite service was hooked up yesterday and when I got home I found an extra TV in my living room. my landlord came by and said "well it's not every day you get such a good tenant!"

Congrats krisk. Sounds like a good day in your neighborhood; a really good day. (Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket.)

Hope the TV that poofed into your living room is digital ready for Friday's changeover. Would hate to think your landlord has a double-sided motive to his kindness. Still a really nice gesture.
