Can I just have the French toast, and skip the maple syrup? Never liked the stuff. I like butter and granular sugar on my French toast.

But since Chicago is practically in there, I voted for "the rest of Canada" anyway.

Not maple flavored but maple based beer. The maple syrup is actually the source of the fermentation. Those beers are great, I've tasted a few so far and they're not actually sweet. It's amazing how many kinds of beers are brewed here.
