We have 10 in the car. Please explain how you exactly do this (only when stuck in a traffic jam, I hope, I do this as well, bad thing when suspense´s rising and the traffic jam suddenly clears... )
And we have 4 who voted for Germany. What happened? I have not (yet) even tried to bribe anyone, I swear it....

I voted bed, couch, and outside. When I worked outside the home I definitely read on breaks.

I assumed "in the car" meant either listening to audio books as either driver or passenger, or reading paper/ebooks as a passenger. I can't drive, so I'm always the passenger.

I think so when the guys' favorite reading place has been left out. There is no "in the bathroom" or "on the toilet". This is a serious omission. Serious enough that a new poll is in order.

I did vote, but would not have had I realized this ahead of time. So basically, my vote is wrong.

You can always post and include your favorite place. If enough posts are made, a mod could add it, or the original pollster could 'request' it added.

A new poll would cause way too much confusion.

My favorite place to read in in my recliner in the living room, but because of my noisy neighbors I can only do this when they're asleep or at work.

I actually don't subject my Reader to that abuse, there is just something that bothers me about bringing that in with airborn particulate material that weirds me out. A throwaway pb? Sure... A few hundred dollar device? I treat with more respect, like my rare books...

Kitchen, in bed, at work (both options), in the car (both as passenger and audiobooks as driver), in the wild (but, as Zelda said, not at this time of year), on the coach and every single country (everywhere) I pass through or stay. I forgot to tick off train, as I hardly go by train anymore these days. But if I do happen to be on some form of public transport, the chances are, I am reading (especially if it's a somewhat longer trip).

I've always brought a book with me, wherever I went, first it was a pocket, later audiobooks and after that ebooks (and still audiobooks).
