Another issue I can foresee is the issue of available fonts. If you want to use a specific font that is not in either place would you have to load it on your ebook reader?

About those headings: it is done as I write before and so far, with testing in multiple books selected randomly it is working as I think it should work. But I think there will be feedback about it.
About those fonts: if fonts are not embedded and not available (meaning not added to JustRead), then it is not possible to select this font and you have to simply add this font to JustRead.
