It's not aliases, it's sloppy metadata - sometimes an initial is with punctuation, sometimes not, a middle initial or name missing or not and so on.

Even blurbs can be sloppy with review text in the blurb. A blurb is supposed to be a description only and nothing to do with a review should be in a blurb.

In my case, it was fanfiction series. I use some replace_metadatas in FanFicFare to append the author name.
