You mean whether an ebook written in English will be translated to Polish? No, of course not. The various menus would be in Polish, not books themselves.

Each book is in whatever language it shows on Amazon’s product page. Amazon does not do translation to other languages.

It can be done with conversion as well. Just put the following code in Look & Feel -> Styling -> Extra css:

That's what I use, but of course you can make the margins larger or smaller, as you wish.
