The Jaws Social commentary with Jonathan Janz is about the fourth down right now, they have done a few since, including the recent for The Lost Boys

It is, I was just being lazy when talking about it by relying on my memory with spelling

I recently started watching this guy, Philip Chase, a fantasy book reviewer that started about four months ago. He's really good. I think he's an English professor. He does a really good job at reviewing books and series very thoroughly. I highly recommend him if you're at all interested in fantasy books, or even in how plots and characterization are structured, etc., as he talks quite about about that. I'm not sure if he's officially a "booktuber".

Thanks to those that recommended Mike's Book Reviews. Between those recs and his appearance on the Dusty Wheel (that channel and Nae'blis are a must for deep dives into the Wheel of Time) I'm watching Mike's videos and have even joined his discord.

Not booktubers but David Stewart is really good at dissecting storytelling tropes in sf/f novels and movies. He is a published indie writer.

Another published indie writer and booktuber Edward Lorn is great for horror especially for Stephen King. He has a series of videos that explore all of the connections each novel has to the Dark Tower.

Finally, Brandon Sanderson is not a booktuber but he regularly puts out youtube videos talking deeply about the craft including an entire creative writing class.

Thank you!

I follow Edward Lorn on Twitter and subscribed to his channel but have not had a chance to check many videos out yet. I definitely want to check out the Brandon Sanderson one now that you've mentioned it. Glad you have been enjoying Mike's Book Reviews, I've watched most of his that I'm interested in.

I also follow Edward Lorn on twitter. I'm also on Mike's discord. Kind of funny how we're all unwittingly running across each other in the same spaces. But it shouldn't be too surprising really, considering the same interests would tend to converge to the same areas.

Oh I realized that I forgot about Quinn. He specializes in Dune, Hyperion, A Song of Ice and Fire and Foundation.
