Code:
UnlockEnabled=false
The mod should survive future firmware updates without needing to reapply it.

ETA: You may need to reboot after editing so that the updated config is read.
Thank you, that fixed the issue!

I I owned a Forma, I would have a cover on it for three reasons.

1. Sleep cover
2. Easier to hold
3. Looks good

I do own a Forma and I'm not convinced item 2. is actually true.

I'm too much of a coward to remove my sleepcover but cover-less was very pleasant to hold - much lighter mainly.

Every Reader I've owned or tried has been easier to hold with a cover.

I don't doubt it. All I'm saying is the angled wide button bezel on the Forma makes for a very ergonomic device in its natural state. Adding a cover makes it less so due to weight increase.

I also find the folded back front cover decreases ease of holding on a Forma. This is much less noticeable on all my other Kobos without a button bezel.

I preferred using my Nook ST without a cover. I really liked the rubberized back.

That isn't my experience. I'm tempted to say that they were all better without the case, but, I think the Aura ONE was the exception. And, I really didn't want to put a cover on the Forma. Really, I'm only using covers for protection when not being used (especially during my commute), and the convenience of the sleep cover.

Of course: different hands, different preferences.

I use a cover to protect my ereaders (and both were saved by it) but when I read without cover I feel them more confortable in my hands. Anyway I read more times with cover than without.

I found that the rubber back to the nook STR feels really cheap.

I've not tried the Forma or Libra with or without a cover so I cannot comment on their design. But I do really like having a sleep cover.

The H2O and Paperwite designs definitely work better with a cover.
