The 10 free ebooks, are a queue of 10.

Every month there are others that are free to read, however, some free books (like those of trilogies, or large volumes), only have one out of all volumes available (usually like the second volume).

It's true, there are totally free ebooks, and aside from the free ones (totally crappy and worthless books to the ones that offer a distraction from a boring day), the library is more aimed for the distractions to the good books.
Bestsellers are not in there, unless they're running out of sales (like bestsellers of 2010 or so).
