KA1 - can't get the auto sync to stay OFF! - Page 3

I remember one person said the "syncing" indicator on his reader indicated continuous activity until the remedy. In my case, I didn't know there was a "syncing" indicator...I just knew my KA1 was draining until the remedy.

I suggested signing out and back in in one of peter's battery threads.

I was having the continuous sync problem. I restarted my device and it stopped it from trying to sync, but when I manually tried to sync, it got stuck again and wouldn't stop. I tried signing out of my device and signing back in largely in frustration. I had not successfully completed a sync at that point. After setting everything up again, my device synced successfully without continuously syncing. I've run at least 5 or 6 manual syncs since and it has not gotten stuck continuously syncing again. *shrug*
