If you can get into a book then you can read it just fine, as long as you don't want to change the light or font.

Any ideas on how to fix that?
I have the exact same issue since the 5.13.1 update. Upper left corner but also generally that entire band of about ~1 inch at the top of the display. It’s never consistant though, sometimes it registers the taps, sometimes not. For example it’s very hard for me to select a word or highlight anything on the first two lines of a page because of that issue. Worked perfectly on 5.12.3 or lower, never had any problem. So I really suspect it’s software related. I contacted amazon, they recommend a reset which I had tried already. They said they’ll send my feedback to the appropriate department. Not sure what else to do, except hopping they’ll fix it in the next version (if the Voyage gets it at all, fingers crossed!).

Same there, but for me, it's consistent, can't touch 1inch at the top of the screen, so can not navigate.
