I don't think you have much to worry about.

Though valuable lesson here, someone will always try to profit off someone else's work.

This is just what is the subject of my complaint.

Why not incorporate in the honorable rules of MR a little note?

You probably won't get an answer because it is a public domain book, therefore legally it is not unauthorized.

Since you do seem to want a discussion, I do have a small criticism of your copy.

On the first page, you accuse Kobo of having an unauthorized copy.
You might want to remove that.
It is not about the book itself and is distracting.

If I found a book like that in the wild (other than from a thread) then I would make a mental note to find a different version and attempt to avoid that editor in the future.

It does not look professional.
