You can type "fontforge filename.pdf" instead, and save the font. Or visit http://www.extractpdf.com/

What I think the license wants to say is that subset embedding is OK, and full font embedding is not, but it wrongly assumes that all PDF embedding is subset and all "ebook" embedding is full font.
