Of those I'd pick the Paperwhite for sure. I'm not familiar with the other two and they might be just fine but I know the Paperwhite is an excellent device. My experience with off-brands hasn't been pretty.

Tolino alliance is well know in Germany, mostly or all online booksellers sells this device, done by Deutch Telekom and some esellers (Thalia and others).
In Italy it's sold by Internet Bookshop (ibs.it), online store by Messaggerie Libri, one of the most important italian books distributors. They sell the older version (Vision 2, with water protection and Tap2Flip), with 212ppi Carta display Pocketbook device is not discounted (/unhappy), it's always 99 euros + shipping costs (around 106€ ereader + shipping), but seems that a new Pocketbook device (Basic 3) should be coming with same display 212pp Carta, without light and low price (69 or 79 euros) (original news, italian article) Yes, you are right: PW3 seems the best choise for many reaseons, except one: epub. Yea, i well know that i can convert them with Calibre, side load them via USB or Wi-Fi or email @kindle.com... but let me to be a plump baby for some minutes ![]() |
