I am quite happy to stick to my amazon.com account than pay higher prices for ebooks. The divide is shrinking but not by much.

The issue of geographic restrictions is still a significant problem here as well. Books (both dead tree and digital) movies, TV shows and music are all caught up in this anachronistic and outdated method of distribution.

I have no qualms in buying an item overseas than pay up to triple the price for that same item sold in a shop or online locally or to be able to buy items not available here.

That is enlightening, I had thought that it was some sort of wheeled charabanc, but I suppose that all charabancs are wheeled, anyway why do they (the mythical they) always leave in droves but arrive by other means?

Oh but they definitely do arrive in droves, humans and cattle and sheep!

Think of a B&S Ball, or cattle and sheep arriving at the sales yards/docks.

I refer to 'drove' as my great grandfathers and their fathers etc did (as drovers), when some of them drove many many head of cattle from Texas on the Qld/NSW border down to the sales yards in Melbourne.

However there are no doubt other interpretations.
