Thank you for this screenshot, Harry. Now I can't stop imagining an army of Daleks grooving to I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do. Made my day.

On topic: Could Apple delete songs from my iPod if they wanted to? I manage my music manually and never automatically sync my iPod but just drag music onto it manually. And I never connect to the iTunes store.Would it still be possible for them to access my iPod?

I've found that MM works as well with my iPod as iTunes does, and in many ways it works better than iTunes. Among the ways it works better are: autoplaylists (it takes much more work to create the same autoplaylists in iTunes than it does in MM), the ability to skin (I've found the color scheme of iTunes to be so glaring that I have to turn down the brightness to use it comfortably), and the ability to edit and manage your music collection.
Thank you, I will have to look into Media Monkey. Like Harry I use the default color screen and do not have any problems with viewing iTunes.

On my screen (I use the Windows version) it looks like all of the shades (I probably should have called them shades instead of colors) on screen are various shades of light grey with the exception of the text and blue highlights, making it very glaring to my eyes. I've found that after a while my eyes start to feel tired from looking at it. Added to that is the small size of the text. Even at its large size the text looks to be about 8 points in size (its definitely smaller than 10 point).

One of the things I like about MediaMonkey (MM) is that I can skin it (altering the screen colors and icons) and alter the size of the text. I use a skin (called Metro M) that makes the screen dark with light text with the text at 18 points, making for a very easy-to-look at screen. For fans of iTunes, there are skins that can make MM look like iTunes.

I've been using CopyTransManager, I may have to look at MediaMonkey.

I swear by MediaMonkey. It is for my audiobooks, music, podcasts, and videos what Calibre is for my ebooks.

Neither of the plaintiffs were in the class-they didn't own an ipod at the relevant dates. You would think the attys would have checked that, but greed makes you sloppy sometimes.

The lawyers found a new plaintiff. The judge pointedly told Apple that they now have grounds for appeals if the jury goes against them. Very, very odd.
