Right, I skipped this step. I have added it now.

Same files of 3.5.0. Works fine on 3.8.0. Tested in my auraHD

The screen of My Aura HD (v3.11.0) will be rotated 180 degree if I use this patch, does anyone know how to fix this bug? I downloaded the patch from this website: http://minutodroid.blogspot.com.br/2...-kobo-glo.html

I have fixed it.
modify this:
echo "$currentRotation" > /sys/class/graphics/fb0/rotate
to :
echo 3 > /sys/class/graphics/fb0/rotate

You can modify this two files in KoboRoot.tgz:
50poweroffdisplay at

Code:

/opt/cfw/hook/poweroff/50poweroffdisplay

50suspend at

Code:

/opt/cfw/hook/suspend/50suspend

In this two files you can find this line:

echo "$currentRotation" > /sys/class/graphics/fb0/rotate

you need to modify this line to:

echo 3 > /sys/class/graphics/fb0/rotate

Thanks scoky, I followed your instructions, but it doesn't work for me.

When I open the aura hd cover, I always find the home upside down, I have to close and open again.

I'm sorry for that. I don't know why it can't work correctly on your HD. Did you download and modify right patch package? It should be Screensaver_kobo_glo_380_v004.zip.

This is the patch I used. Maybe it can be work.

bug fixed (bug official firmware 3.12.0): ghosting and very light text when wake up from sleep mode.

tested: my Kobo Glo firmware 3.12.0

I have read that it works on AuraHD and also exits a directory for AuraH2O but i don't work for me. Only the normal sleeping screen. Can you help me?
I have an H2O with 3.12.0 fyi
