Fortunately, the Wayback Machine exists.
More fortunately, being a completist, I thought to search there.

For people who want the previous (first) 2013 Anthology:

2013 Anthology, EPUB file

It's not available officially, but hey... thanks to the Wayback Machine, it's still 2013.

Zoo City (which is also $1.99 on Amazon), vN, Blackbirds (which has dropped further, to $1.39), and Embedded ($1.39 too) are all published by Angry Robot Books. Several of their other titles are also bargain-priced at the moment. Links to Amazon, but I imagine they've gone down most places:

For $1.39:
Empire State by Adam Christopher
The Hammer and the Blade by Paul S. Kemp
The Alchemist of Souls by Anne Lyle

$1.99:
Nexus by Ramez Naam
The Lives of Tao by Wesley Chu
Three by Jay Posey

Some of these are repeat bargains, but others have never been discounted before.

Well, damn. If I'd known about this, I might not have gone for the whole 100-book bundle (which included some things I already had and was about $1.42/book).

Grab it quickly. The Wayback Machine is the only place I was able to find that still had that file. All other links are dead, or refer to the 2014 page.

(I already know that I won't be reading any of the excerpts, but I may read the short stories in these anthologies.)

I have most of these (have a subscription to Angry Robots) but I highly recommend The Hammer and the Blade and The Lives of Tao. Haven't got a chance to read the rest.

Paul S. Kemp is one of my favorite Dungeon's And Dragons writers, along with Salvatore.

Pity. That book is not available for The Netherlands at $1.39. Kobo does have it, in the US store, for $1.99. Angry Robot sells them for 5.49 pounds.

Note that there's less than a week left to buy Baen's March bundle of nine books for $18, as mentioned in the thread linked here.

The newest "Orbital Drop" is Mur Lafferty's The Shambling Guide to New York City for $1.99 - as a promotion for the sequel, due out in March.

Since it's a publisher discount, it should be that price across the board. I know it's on sale at Sony, Kobo, Amazon, and B&N.

A couple of cheap Gollancz fantasy books at Amazon UK:

The Adamantine Palace by Stephen Deas, £1.49 - I paid full agency rate for this one and liked it a lot. It's more about political machinations than a straight-up epic fantasy, and it's the first in a series. I have the second and third books but haven't read them yet.

Tome of the Undergates by Sam Sykes, also £1.49 - I haven't read this one, and don't know much about it.

I've just had a quick look on kobo, and they seem to have the same prices, so it doesn't appear to be amazon-specific.

Weightless Books have a one-day sale of

Quote:
Whispers in Darkness: Lovecraftian Erotica
J. Blackmore (Editor) et al.
The Weightless 1-Day Sale title for February 13th, 2014!
$1.99. Today only: 67% off!

Strange! Electrifying! Sexy! Eldritch?
Explore the new and exciting world of Lovecraft-based erotica in Whispers in Darkness, a new collection from Circlet Press. This cyclopean collection features eight new stories from Peter Tupper, Angela Caperton, Alex Picchetti, Monique Poirier, Elizabeth Reeve, Bernie Mojzes, Annabeth Leong, and Kannan Feng, each filled to the brim with insanity-inducing, orgasm-producing goodness.

Have you always wondered what one of those Cthulhu-cult orgies would look like from the inside? Do you crave intellectual tentacle porn? Have you always felt that the only thing Lovecraft was missing was a really, really good lay now and again? If so, this book was made for you. Don’t deny your curiosity! Just beware: what one has seen (and been aroused by) cannot be unseen…
Probably not family-friendly, and I'm not going to get it, but I have to admit that I do like the phrase "intellectual tentacle porn."
