I have had every bug that has come along except perhaps for kepub ones and a few I have never seen mentioned. I don't have kepub ones because I don't do kepubs. I tried kepubs and decided they weren't for me. A few people are emotionally enough invested in Kobo to be touchy, but not like it was 8 months ago. Most of the adamantly 'It's not Kobo it's you' and 'Please don't criticize Kobo or they won't like us any more' people have stopped posting. Not sure why. Perhaps they encountered a few undocumented features of their own. I am hoping that Kobo will fix the majority of their problems and that they will stay fixed and not recur a firmware update or two later. Not holding my breath mind you and I am in the fortunate position of having four readers. I use my mini on the bus and I overall like it, but the Aura HD is once again cowering under the bed. Curiosity will impel me to dig it out and try the newest firmware one of these days probably. Helen |
