They may not have a limit but they do get suspicious.

I have an acquaintance who buy/sells and he has had well over 100 (probably nearer 200) on his his account over the eons.

Last time he called them about a technical query they asked some probing questions (They thought he was stealing them if you ask me)

He is squeaky clean of course and let them know it.
So yeah. No Limit. but I guess they found it hard to believe he had enough devices to read a novella "One page per device"
