I bought my Kobo-branded sleepcover through this website (cheaper than Kobo direct):
http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/electr...ssories%3a1%3a

It was delivered Monday. I just wish the Aura itself would arrive!

That's what I do. I have a padded sleeve that I keep it in when not in use, but for the past couple of years I've gotten used to using my readers "naked".

No, mine is different.

At least if the code doesn't work, I'll feel more justified in getting the Aura instead since the price difference won't be as great.

I would wait for the Gecko covers. I read in another thread that they are making them for the Aura.

I have had this problem as well. I just switched over to using a different browser and it worked. I have no idea why my primary browser won't load it properly...

Didn't work for me. I tried three browsers on two different OS and none worked. Does no one else have this problem? I even signed in to my account to make sure it wasn't viewing me as out of the country.

Clear your browser cache. See if that helps.

On the 10th, I tried to order, kept getting *credit card authorization failed messages*, this happened on IE and Firefox. Finally I was able to order using Chrome. I guess I should have tried clearing my cache, just didn't think of it. Remains to be seen if I'll get the device, tracking has it in southern CA, but it has been stuck there for several days, and showing several scans in the same place, sigh.

Hang in there. Mine showed no update for 4 days. But it was delivered today and it is AWESOME! Took a full 14-days from the first shipping notification: Canada to Colorado.

I experience the same problem -- tried two computers, two Android tablets and one phone, three different browsers. No go. Thirty minutes with customer care (no use at all). I tried devices that had not accessed Kobo previously and still got errors regarding their website.

Thanks, Prepper! I feel better now. What was worrying me was the fact that it got scanned as departing Long Beach, CA, then I saw several MORE scans in Long Beach AFTER that and then nothing since yesterday! My first Aura had an awesome screen, but had an intermittently flickering glo light and constant two-page turns. Also had a few freeze-ups! I returned it.

Anyway, it was shipped on the 12th, so it is too soon to panic, but I am dying to get it. Hope there are no problems with this one.

I misspoke! Shipping time was 14-days from the original order notification. The shipping confirmation came last Tuesday and it was delivered here to Colorado yesterday -- so 9 days of shipping?

And it is as awesome as I had hoped! And no stuck "pixels" or whatever we are calling them now. The only problem I am having is getting Calibre to create shelves, but I'll discuss that in the appropriate thread.

I finally got some updated tracking, should arrive in a day or two I'd expect. Can't wait!

Nope, doesn't help. Finally sent an email to customer service yesterday, but that probably won't help either.
