Kindle 4NT tabbed browsing fix attempt

when the object that's supposed to open in new tab is not a webpage but an image, same old 'browser does not support tabs' window appears. example: 4chan

perhaps an alternate browser for that site could be "arranged"
I am thinking the webkit hack. will go have a play. no idea if it will work like... LOL.

You will HAVE to think about patching the code though "I think" for TS support.

perhaps I could play about on the touch, but the X makes it a bit tougher on there to know exactly what is going on with the FB. Actually I wont be taking this further since this would mean messing with the framebuffer version of the libs for the touch build. messy and totally the opposite of what I am trying to do ATM. sorry

I fear you may be on your own. but yeah I got that working with the alternate browser.

The code is very rudimentary at this point and a tweak to the input variables passed to the /tmp/root/.directfbrc

Your youtube video was not embedded correctly. You do not put the full URL inside the youtube tag. Just put the video ID (part or URL after "v="), like this:
