OOOPPS Thanks Sparow you are correct. I would still strongly recommend Mr Huston's work I think he is definitely keeping modern noir alive (or dead) in his writing.

Look no further than James Hadley Chase. "No Orchids for Miss Blandish" is as good as it gets. This was available on Munseys - but it (the whole Munseys site) has gone away - hopefully only a temporary situation.
