I have the same problem, I con not connect to my WiFi, which is WPA/WPA2 PSK.

Factory Reset doesn't help.

I tried several other things first. I turned off security on my router first, that did not help. I also tried changing the channel on my access point, that did not help either. Strange thing was that I could connect to another access point that had no password. Then I did the factory reset and it worked.
