SDHC cards officially unsupported

I seek your help; I recently got my Kobo Touch & updated it to 2.0.0 & been happy with it but I am facing the same problem with regard of micro SD(HC) cards. Neither works!

I wrote to Kobo at Kobo Customer Care help@kobobooks.com via frontlinesvc.com but received no reply yet! Could you please help?

Update: I was trying an un-branded 1GB micro SD & it was not being detected. Now I tried a Verbatim 4GB micro SDHC that I use with my phone & Touch detected one pdf (not a book) but not the other pdf books!
Moreover, the Device Information doesn't mention anything about the card!
