And today I get a nice reply from Kobo support again, they said they are happy to process my refund, and will send me a confirmation when it goes through.
Thank you Kobo for responding so nicely and timely to meet my needs as a customer! (yes I also will say that in the email to the person who is working on it). |

I checked my bank records and Kobo indeed reversed my charges. I am delighted and pleased.
