I can get Netflix through Roku box, Xbox 360, PS3, TV, Blu-ray player, android phone, Kindle Fire. Quality varies widely and also depends on device version. PS3 is best with HD and 5.1 sound. Xbox just updated and has the same. Netflix on my Blu-ray player is unacceptable. I don't use it much on the fire - seems muddy looking - I use Amazon Instant video much more and that's fine.

Curious, what Blu-ray player do you have.

I'm just saying.
I changed the original post topic to read "Netflix app on my Fire doesn't sync video and audio well" but I cannot change the thread title. I think that requires a moderator.

I'm still getting sync issues between the Netflix audio and video even though I consistently get between 17 to 22 Mbps internet download speed when I test the connection. I never heard back from Netflix CS, but no biggie as I mostly watch it on my TV.

Netflix works fine on my TV now that I ironed out a few issues.

Hulu works fine on my Fire but not at all on my TV. However, Hulu CS notified me today that they had extended my trial period for a month since it appears to be a bug in the Hulu app used by my Blu-ray player. They hope to have it fixed soon.

Amazon Instant Video continues to work well on both my Fire and my TV. It is hands down the best quality of video on my TV as far as these three streaming video services go. Unfortunately it is also the most expensive.
