Well, it's already been fixed which I said in my 12/1 post quoted at the top. But since a few others seemed to be still interested, I supplied what was requested and will do so here as well, but I just wanted to reiterate the fact that it's been fixed already.

What you might want to do is contact the author and tell him of the errors so he can get them fixed.

I already did. His most recent book, Ruins of Camelot is much better.
