I am reading my first DTB in (close to) a year. My SO had to have Child's book, "The Affair" for her group reading. It was sold out in almost every B&M store so I downloaded it onto my Kindle and let her use it. ***Perks to follow. ***
I bought my last DTB (Koontz, "Dark Matter") just before getting my Kindle but never opened it. I now have a chance to read it and get it off my TBR shelf.
I have to confess, I miss the Kindle. Hope my SO treat it with the TLC it deserves. I thought I caught her holding it wrong and almost gave her a stern talking-to. I also notice how she place it on the table, too close to the edge. Mantra: must let it go... must let it go...

Bloodsucking Fiends: A Love Story by Christopher Moore in either February or March of 2010. I got my K2 second hand in late March/early April 2010 and have never looked back.

My boyfriend gave me a wonderful book about the making of the Harry Potter films for my birthday. I began reading it and I'm sure I will spend many hour with it but for the rest of my reading it's strickly ebooks for me.

I was looking through a DT cookbook this week, so I voted accordingly. I will continue to buy paper cookbooks, even though I'd love a package deal where I could own both formats. The last DT novel I read was a few months ago when I won a Goodreads giveaway and I disliked the small font so much that I will avoid picking up a paper novel again.

At least once a month. A lot of times the book clubs I belong to choose books not yet in e-book format. But there are a few books I just have to have that aren't in e-book format, for example Larry Correia's books.

For pleasure: Probably around April this year.

I do have to handle lots of paper books at work though, but I don't classify that as "reading". That's "workig".

It's probably been close to 5 years for me. In fact, the last TP I bought, I haven't actually read yet (I'd read it years ago), and now it's all but forgotten on a shelf.

Reference books & magazines: Today and will continue to do so for some time.
Fiction books: about 9 years ago* and no plans to stop

I may have read the odd one or two during that time that a friend lent me, but can't remember for sure. Certainly been that long since I've bought one (other than as gifts for others)

Every night. My wife is legally blind; she reads well - became blind after getting a college degree - but it's a lot of effort due to the vision. So every night I read to her until she falls asleep. So far all paper books from our collection. There will be an ebook there eventually, but it often doesn't take her long to fall asleep and then I have to back up the next day, so it can take months to read a book to her.

Earlier this year, I only read one paper book this year too.
I still have paper books so I'll read them sometime but I'm clearly on the ebook trend for the time being.

It was earlier this year, a book I couldn't find in ebook and I had a Borders coupon so I was able to get it for $4 or $5.

My wife and I moved into our first apartment a few months back, and with the boxes upon boxes of books we've both collected over the years (a lot of them duplicates, like the Harry Potter series), and the fact that we don't have enough bookcases to put them all, I decided I'm not buying any more paperbooks unless it's absolutely something I can't find in ebook. Even if the ebook is a few dollars more, because the next time we move (and we'll have to, as children aren't allowed in this apartment building and we want to start a family in the next year or two), I want to move my Nook, not twenty boxes of paper books.

TBH, I was surprised when I posted earlier in this topic. In 2 months it is going to be 5! years since I read the last printed book. 5 years. WOW. Time flies.
I did buy a few printed books since then.
Special editions of Wheel of Time new books, The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit and The Silmarillion, Harry Potter.
I think the next time I am going to read printed fiction book is going to be when I re-read The Lord of the Rings.
